Today, re-invented and empowered, Dr. Tracy Kemble is the founder of the WIN Foundation an international non-profit outreach that specializes in abuse recovery and emotional empowerment for women. WIN is currently located in the U.S. Greece, Belgium and launching in 2008 Ukraine and New Zealand. In addition, Dr. Tracy is aso a television host, author, and the CEO of SHOCK Cosmetics.

What is Life Coaching?:
"A life coach is not a therapist that asks "why", but rather a trained personal empowerment 'coach' who answers the question, "what can I do about this?" A Life Coach helps you create a plan and the motivation to change your life.

How does Life Coaching work ?:
"Each meeting is a 50 minute session (in person or on the phone). I require that all clients have a "Discussion Plan of Action" prepared (I send this to you in advance.) We review these questions and then jump in and begin creating answers, plans and empowerment for change. The reason I require a Discussion Plan of Action is because many of us can get stuck on the story. But with questions, we can find answers, and with answers we create change. Here is how you go about booking a life changing, Life Coaching Appointment:

       To book an appointment: You can either call the WIN Restoration Center (949)718.1275 and book out a time that meets your schedule or you can contact us on line via the link below.   You can choose to do your sessions either via phone or via webcast.

       Complimentary Session: For clients interested in finding out if Life Coachin is an option for you, you can redeem our complimentary Life Coaching Assessment. During this initial phone session, you will be asked the following: 
o        1) What is not working in your life?
o        2) What is hurting?
o        3) Where do you feel stuck?
o        4) Questions about your life with the goal of being able to better understand your place and what you hope to accomplish during your session. Getting you unstuck is the goal of Life Coaching.
o       5) Upon completion of the session, you will be given a recommendation along with a POA (Plan of Action) to get you on your healing journey.

       Payment: When you book the schedule, you will need a credit card and the rate is $85 for a 50 minute session is processed the day of your Life Coaching Session.

        The SessionL On the day of our Life Coaching Session, you will be asked to prepare a questions list. This list will be reviewed in the beginning of the meeting and is the task list for the sessions. So most important, ask, ask, ask. 

What can we talk about?:
"In life Coaching, we don't just talk. Instead we strategize, plan and implement a program that works for you. Based on that, the topics are geared toward creating your desired life and the areas where you are remaining stuck.

How many sessions do I need?:
"It depends on your progress. I believe in working fast and effectively."

Who are some of your clients?:
"My clients are all people who are interested in creating life change. Some of my clients are people who are hurting from past (or current) experiences and want to once and for all shed that pain. Some of my clients are stuck in their relationship or career path and cannot figure out why. Some of my clients are on the "dream" path and are looking to go to the next step."

Is there a cost?:
""Rates for private sessions are $125 an hour. For those currently enrolled in on line classes, the rate is $85.
